SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program and Sender

Dwelo Property Management may send text messages to people who provide a mobile number and submit a Dwelo form that displays an SMS disclosure, or who opt in through another documented method. Messages may include consultation scheduling, property-inquiry follow-up, service updates, referral updates, reminders, and, where disclosed, promotional messages.

2. Consent Is Optional

Providing a mobile number is optional where the form allows it, and consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing property-management services. When you submit a form that displays an SMS disclosure with a mobile number, you agree to receive the types of messages described in that disclosure. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on the program and your interaction with Dwelo. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt Out and Help

Reply STOP to an applicable Dwelo text to opt out of that SMS program. You may receive a confirmation of the opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance or contact Dwelo at (843) 285-6353 or [email protected].

5. Privacy

How Dwelo handles personal information is described in the Privacy Policy at https://dwelo.io/privacy-policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use.

6. Eligibility and Delivery

You must provide a mobile number that you are authorized to use. Availability and delivery can depend on your carrier, device, location, and network conditions.

7. Changes or Termination

Dwelo may modify or discontinue an SMS program, subject to applicable requirements. Material changes to these terms should be reflected on this page.
