Website content does not create a property-management, brokerage, legal, accounting, tax, insurance, or other professional relationship.

Property-management content is educational and operational in nature. Legal, tax, accounting, insurance, investment, fair-housing, licensing, and regulatory questions should be addressed with appropriately qualified professionals.
3. Service Availability and Agreements
Services, pricing, service areas, referral programs, guarantees, features, and procedures can change. The signed agreement and current written program terms control any actual service relationship. Website descriptions are not a substitute for the governing agreement.
